Re-entry
Re-entry is selectable when connected to the motor lock control unit. The function means that the motor lock remains in the upright position when the emergency escape device has been used. Resetting is done via potential-free closing from any source. The advantage of this type of reset is that it can be done remotely, i.e. a section of a building can be managed by e.g. a receptionist. Costly labor can be minimized as a mechanical reset at each door environment otherwise involves.
Re-entry can be done by
- Activated emergency exit 796
- Activated fire alarm
