Automatic doors
The SAFETRON 6500 is equipped with a reinforced hook bolt and is suitable for use as a safety lock in doors with protection class requirements 1, 2 or 3. The 6500 motor lock can also be used in combination with an automatic door system.

The SAFETRON 6500 is a high performance and fast unlocking motor lock. The motor lock protects people and property in commercial buildings where it is used for locking doors with high security requirements. Installed in a certified RC-rated door, the 6500 is approved for security requirements:
- Protection class 1
- Protection class 2
- Protection class 3

Integrated with access control systems
The SAFETRON 6000 series offers integrated control for several of the market's major access control system suppliers via OSDP®.
This means that the motor locks can be connected directly to the access control system's door controller without styreenhet then configured using the access control system's software, which simplifies installation and provides a more cost-effective door environment.

Connection via styreenhet
Connection via styreenhet using SAFETRON CU2, which is supplied in all kit packages. The CU2 control unit has the widest range of applications on the market in a single styreenhet. Two motor locks can be connected without any restrictions on signal exchange, which means that the CU2 is effectively two control units in one. The CU2 also offers the option of programming AUX relays for the desired function.
Emergency exit according to SS-EN 179
SAFETRON 6500 can be used in emergency escape routes together with SAFETRON emergency escape accessories 795 according to the European standard SS-EN 179:2008, and SSF 3522 class 2B. The combination provides a door environment where requirements for both high security and emergency exit are met in one locking unit.
Re-entry
SAFETRON 6500 together with 795 offers the possibility of tilbakerømning. In an emergency evacuation situation, the motor lock is opened via the emergency evacuation device, and the built-in microswitch in the emergency evacuation device signals to the control unit that an emergency opening has taken place. If tilbakerømning in the control unit, the motor lock is placed in an unlocked position until manual reset via a signal to the control unit occurs, which then locks the motor lock. tilbakerømning reset are handled in the control unit and can therefore be administered by a higher-level system.

Our locks are made from materials that can withstand harsh environments and security requirements. We do not cut corners where others do but guarantee high quality products even if it means a more expensive manufacturing process.
