We are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Representative with support function who will help strengthen our presence in the Norwegian market and deliver first-class service to our customers. The position will be filled as soon as possible.
Location: Oslo, head office and logistics center with customer reception

SAFETRON AS is a leading player in security solutions in Scandinavia, and we are now looking for two committed and service-oriented inside sales people with support functions for our team in Oslo. Our head office and logistics center with customer reception in Oslo is the heart of our business, and here you will play a key role in supporting our customers and driving sales processes.
Main tasks:
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers by phone, email and directly in customer reception.
- Prepare offers, follow up leads and close sales.
- Provide technical and practical support to customers regarding our products and solutions.
- Work closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Update and maintain customer information in our CRM system.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and the improvement of customer service.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, customer service or support, preferably in B2B.
- Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both oral and written.
- Technical interest and ability to familiarize yourself with complex products.
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style.
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office is an advantage.
- Relevant education in sales or technical subjects is positive, but experience can outweigh formal education.
