We are aware of the industry's challenges in new construction projects where longer warranty periods are required. 

We want to make this process as easy as possible for our customers and therefore now offer a 5-year warranty as standard on all our products. 

Application

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. A 5-year warranty applies to products manufactured on or after May 1, 2023. The warranty for each product starts from the product's date of manufacture +3 months. For motor lock 6000, the warranty starts on the digitally registered installation date, which can be read on the display in styreenhet motor lock's styreenhet.

Terms and conditions

In order to obtain a 5-year warranty on our products, documented maintenance is required according to our regulations for years 3, 4 and 5. Please use our Service Protocol which you can find on page 7 in the document 'Service & Maintenance' linked below.
